“Our guide Isabelle was simply delightful. She has extensively researched the fine establishments in the St. Germain de Prés area and curated the best for your enjoyment. Not only does she know the history of the production of the various cured meats and cheeses and pastries, she often has personally met the owners and producers of the food. Also, while not intended to be a tour of the history of the area, Isabel does a fantastic job of pointing our areas of historic significance. She points out shops and restaurants which are unique that we didn’t have time to visit. She provides a detailed list of the restaurants and shops by email after the tour. Highly recommended!”
